Product introduction
Surge protector is an electronic device that provides security protection for all kinds of electronic devices, instruments and communication lines. It is applied to the power supply system with AC 50/60HZ and rated voltage to 380V, to protect indirect lightning and direct lightning effects or other transient overvoltage surges.
It is suitable for household housing, the third industry and the demand for the electric surge protection in industry. It has relative, relative, relative middle line, middle line to ground and its combination protection mode.
Working principle of product
The working principle of surge protector is a high resistance open state with a low voltage, low resistance and short circuit state at high pressure, and a combination of over voltage protection electronic devices which can withstand hundreds of amperes and large current in parallel on the power supply line and signal transmission line. When encountering lightning and high voltage and high current, it will appear short circuit immediately, and at the same time, the total power switch will be disconnected, so that the device will be protected.
Notice of product
1. standard RJ45 interface can be conveniently connected to the front end of the protected equipment. The grounding path should be as short as possible, and the length should not exceed 1.5 meters.
2. connect the grounding wire of the lightning protector with the ground wire of the lightning protection system.
3. this product needs no special maintenance. The lightning arrester should be checked regularly, especially in the thunderstorm season and the whole thunderstorm period. When the system fails to suspect the lightning arrester, the lightning arrester can be dismantled and rechecked. If the system is restored to normal after the restoration to the state before use, the lightning arrester has been damaged and must be replaced immediately.

Product Installation
With 35mm standard DIN-rail mounting, connecting copper stranded conductor is 2.5~35mm²
At front of spd each pole must be setted protection---used fuse or miniature circuit breaker lightning current SPD protection,after SPD breakdown to short circuit protection.
SPD install on protected line(equipment) to the front and connected to the supply line. A class products install in the building home-entry line hold larger surge current total distribution box. B, C class products most install on the floor distribution box, D class products close to the front-end equipment that smaller surge current, smaller residual voltage place.
